At storEDGE, we’re proud to employ some of Kansas City’s best and brightest. So when we found out we made The Kansas City Business Journal’s 2017 Best Places to Work list, we couldn’t wait to share the news with the self storage community!
Your favorite self storage technology brand was recently selected as one of the top 30 best companies to work for in the Kansas City area, based on work happiness indicators such as team and manager effectiveness, work engagement, retention probability, and feeling valued. Being designated a Best Place to Work by KCBJ is particularly gratifying because the award is based on input from the people who know best — the employees.
Regarding the award, Beth Donnelly, Director of Product Management at storEDGE, said:
"Being recognized by the storEDGE team for our dedication to employee happiness is the highest praise. Our company leadership works hard to create an engaging, inclusive workplace for the entire team, which I think extends beyond our cool perks, like an in-house barista, flexible work hours, bi-annual hackathons, and a generous vacation and parental leave policy. As a young company, we are incredibly honored to receive this esteemed award, and we look forward to continuing our legacy as a great place to work for years to come." storEDGE Director of Product Management
As a “Best Place to Work,” the storEDGE team will continue to create the innovative products we’ve become known for, like responsive marketing websites, cloud-based facility management software, call tracking systems, analytics tools, and cutting-edge technology, while also working to solve industry pain points with new, creative technology solutions.
