You may notice some pretty drastic differences when you log in to the admin portion of your WebWorks or WebReady site. In our most recent update, 3.12, we’ve completely redesigned the interface. The StorageAhead team also has an innate love for data (how else can you make intelligent business decisions?), so we added more up-to-date analytics; you now have greater access to the data you need to track your success and see where there's room for improvement. Let's walk through this together, because change can be scary:
The default tab of the new admin dashboard shows you everything you want to know about your leads. On the left-hand side, you'll see a quick glance of your "lifetime leads" – every visitor, pageview and call since you've been a WebWorks or WebReady client. As you move to the right side of the screen, you'll see a bunch of handy bar graphs and pie charts that break your analytics down even further; you're given the option to view statistics site-wide or by individual facilities. Want to hide a variable to get a closer look at others? Simply click on the one you want to temporarily disappear, such as "Calls" in the All Leads charts, and you'll instantly see an updated chart that just compares your Inquiries, Reservations and Coupons.
More potential renters are performing local searches from their phone or tablet than ever before. Use our website analytics tab to see if your leads are finding your facilities from their desktop or mobile device, and which search engines they're using the most. We break the stats down by Unique Web Visitors, Monthly Traffic Comparison, and Monthly Traffic Sources. On the left-hand side, you'll get a comprehensive year-to-date update, comparing the current month's analytics to the analytics of the same month from the previous year. If you haven't been with us for a full year yet, don't feel left out – we'll compare this month's stats to last month's.
PhnKey, our call recording software, is one of the biggest perks of signing up for our online products. Our Call Logs section makes it easy to compare incoming calls directly from your website's dashboard. Not only can you track and listen to phone calls that come into any of your facilities, but now you can also easily sort, view the duration of the call, see if the caller is a lead or an existing customer and much more.
Okay, okay, you caught us. So this was technically in the 3.10 release – but we still think it deserves a shout out. For our clients who use SiteLink as their facility management software, we recently added a handy feature that works with their API – an improved, mobile-friendly pay online tenant portal. Renters who want to pay their rent on the go will love this new feature, so be sure to let them know about it!
